My story

My name is Kathy & i was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. I started working in a hair salon at the age of 14 and instantly became obsessed with the industry! I knew its where i belonged, it just felt right! The power to make people feel beautiful, i can't even begin to explain the high! I took as much training as i could until i was able to enroll in beauty school. My passion for the industry fuels me and turned me into quite the education junkie! Fast forward 23 years later and i still take education like i'm brand new! Specializing in Balayage techniques, Blonding and Luxury extensions! I am a trained educator for advanced color techniques for hairstylists as well as a Certified Luxury Extensionist with Invisible Bead Extensions! I love my career, I will never stop trying to be better! I will be the best!!!

Balayage (pronounced bah-lee-ahge) Is a highlighting technique using a sweeping motion to add color to the hair creating more natural, blended and sun-kissed look! Specializing in this technique is one of my achievements that i'm most proud of! Balayage is so versatile and completely customizable!
